护理干预对提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Nursing Intervention on Improving Medicine Compliance in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨护理干预对提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性的效果。方法 2007年1月—2009年12月对天津市精神卫生中心出院患者随机抽样调查,分为研究组和对照组,每组各选80例,住院期间均实行护理干预、健康教育,出院后研究组继续给予护理干预,比较2组服药依从性有无差异。结果经过对2组6及12个月2个时间段服药依从性的跟踪调查,2组6、12个月的服药完全依从率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。研究组明显高于对照组。结论对精神分裂症患者进行护理干预,能够提高患者服药依从性,降低复发率,减少再住院次数。

[Objective]To study the effect of nursing intervention on improving medicine compliance in patients with schizophrenia.[Methods]The discharged patients of Tianjin Center for Mental Health from January 2007 to December 2009 were sampled randomly and divided into the research group and the control group,80 cases each group.The nursing intervention and health education were carried out in hospital,and the research group was given nursing intervention after leaving hospital.The medicine compliance of two groups was compared.[Results]With the follow-up investigation for 6 and 12 months,there were significant differences in the medicine compliance rate of 6 and 12 months between two groups（P 0.01）,that of the research group was higher than that of the control group significantly.[Conclusion]The nursing intervention among patients with schizophrenia can increase their medicine compliance,decrease the recurrence rate and reduce the rehospitalization.
