摘要 以转蜘蛛杀虫肽+Bt毒蛋白基因欧美杨108号2个株系为材料,以舞毒蛾幼虫为供试昆虫进行了抗虫性测定。结果表明:取食TP1和TP2的1~4龄幼虫发育历期分别比对照延长3.28和3.60d。取食TP1和TP230d后,幼虫体质量分别降低50.48%和46.79%,各龄期食叶量和排粪量均低于对照组,对舞毒蛾1~2龄幼虫具有27.78%~42.30%的致死亡率。 Two transgenic lines (TP1 and TP2) of Populus nigra×Populus deltoids "108",containing chimeric foreign genes of spider insecticidal and Bt,were used to test their resistances against the larvae of Lymantria dispar Linnaeus. Results showed that,compared with the nontransgenic control,developmental durations from 1st instar to 4th instar delayed 3.28 days after feeding TP1 and 3.60 days after feeding TP2,while the body weight for 30-day-old larvae decreased by 50.48% and 46.79%,respectively. Feeding area and feces amount of different instar larvae were both lower than those feeding on control leaves. The mortality of 1st to 2nd instar larvae ranged from 27.78% to 42.30%.
