摘要
为了进一步开发利用鹿茸资源,在单因素试验基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间、酶用量为自变量,糖胺聚糖得率为响应值,应用Box-Behnken试验设计对鹿茸糖胺聚糖提取工艺进行了优化,模拟得出了二次多项式的回归方程,并使用SAS9.0软件对试验数据进行了分析。分析结果表明,鹿茸糖胺聚糖的最优提取条件为:酶用量为5.72%,提取温度为51.82℃,pH值为8.63,糖胺聚糖得率为2.89%。
A study was conducted to optimize the extraction process of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) from sika deer antler by Box-Behnken experimental design using extraction temperature,extraction time,and enzyme dosage as independent variables and yield of GAG as response value. A quadratic polynomial regression equation was established and the experimental data were analyzed by software SAS9.0. The optimal extraction conditions of GAG from antler velvet were obtained as enzyme dosage 5.72%,extraction temperature 51.82 degrees C,and pH value 8.63. The extraction yield of GAG was 2.89% under the optimal conditions.
