摘要 以普通光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜为工具,对4种犀牛角和常见仿品原料横截面微观结构进行了比较分析:犀牛角的角质圆柱形丝状纤维及其皮质部的微观结构是独有的,与表观特征相近似的仿品有本质区别。针对犀牛角及其制品提出的快速鉴定方法,操作简便,易于推广。 Cross-sectional microstructures of the rhinoceros horns originated from four rhinoceros species and the imitation of rhinoceros horn were compared and analyzed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The rhinoceros horn,a very different organ,contains densely aligned column-shaped threadlike fibers,and the microstructure of its cortex is unique. Therefore,a quick identification method,easy to be operated and popularized,was proposed according to the essential differences between the rhinoceros horn and the imitation with similar morphological features to rhinoceros horn.
