摘要
对口支援西部地区民族教育的工作可分为三大阶段,即初创阶段(1949-1980年);迅速发展阶段(1980-1999年);新世纪的飞跃发展阶段(2000年-)。西部大开发政策颁布实施后,教育部加强了对西部民族地区高等院校的支援协作,特别是北京内蒙古高等院校对口支援工作取得了飞跃式发展。北京内蒙古高等院校对口支援工作大力推动了我区高等教育和职业教育的区域协调发展,提升了我区高校和职业院校的办学质量,为内蒙古自治区各类少数民族人才培养做出了突出贡献。今后这一工作要确保政策的统筹性,保证各项政策的协调,并构建双赢机制,同时进一步加强管理力度。
Counterpart aid for ethnic education in the west of China can be divided into the three stages of beginning(1949-1980), rapid development (1980-1999 )and developmental leap(2000-) in the new century. Since the development of the western regions, the national education ministry strengthens its support for and coordination with colleges and universities in the western ethnic regions, especially the counterpart support between Beijing and Inner Mongolian universities. It promotes the coordinative regional development of higher and vocational education in Inner Mongolia, improves the quality of these educational institutions, and contributes to the cultivation of ethnic talents. In future, it is necessary to ensure the overall planning and coordination of policies, to construct double-win mechanisms and improves management.
