摘要
基层法官处于司法实践工作的最前沿,其司法活动对于推动中国法治进程具有相当重要的意义。以秦镇人民法庭为例,本文分析了压力型体制之下基层法官的组成结构及其来源、工作模式与审判实践,进而讨论了农村社会经济发展对于司法的巨大需求。
The basic level judges are in the frontier of justice practice work,which has very important significance for promoting the development of Chinese legal system.Taking the Qin town people＇s tribunal as a case,this article examines the structure and its sources,work patterns and trial practice of the basic level judges under the pressurized system in China.At the same time,it discusses the huge demand for justice due to the socio-economic development in rural areas.
