转型期农民观念的嬗变及其发展路径

Transmutation and Approaches to Farmers' Concepts during the Transformation Period

一定意义上说,转型期农村社会最大的变化当属农民观念。随着农村社会结构的同质向异质、单一向多样、封闭向开放、伦理向法理的转化,农民观念也发生了诸多变化。嬗变后的农民观念传统与现代、保守与开放并存,呈现出多样性、交错性和叠加性,并以其独特的乡土文化魅力动员、规约、引领农民参与农村社会建设。不过,处于新与旧、文明与愚昧复合交织观念中的农民,容易彷徨、焦虑,亟需我们加强教育工作和规范建制。

In a sense,the biggest change in rural area is the farmers＇concept.The frame in rural area has changed from homogeneity to heterogeneity,from singularity to multiplicity,from isolation to openness,from ethics to legal principle,as a result,the farmers＇concepts have also changed.The idea of modernity and tradition,isolation and openness coexist together,featuring diversity,overlapping and additivity,and mobilize and drive and guide the farmers to take part in the rural construction.However,facing the new and old,civilized and ignorant ideas,a lot of farmers are in a panic and anxiety,so they need much help to get out of this situation.
