城中村外来人口类型及居住问题调查研究——西安市西八里村的实证研究

Study of the Types and Residential Problems of Migrants in Urban Villages——An Empirical Study of Xibali Village in Xi'an

根据对西安市西八里村调查数据的统计分析,对城中村外来人口特征、居住现状、居住履历及居住意向等进行了研究。结果表明,对于外来人口而言,城中村不仅是其进入城市首选的居住地,而且还是其中一部分人工作和生活的场所。鉴于此,在我国目前的社会经济背景下,建议在进行城中村改造时应充分关注城中村外来人口这一群体特殊的居住与生存权益问题。

The migrants＇features,current living conditions,experiences,and intentions are explored,based on the statistical analysis of Xibali Village in Xi＇an.The result shows that urban villages are not only the first choice to these migrants,but also the working and living places to some of them.Therefore,under this circumstance,such problems as their living and rights to live should be reckoned with during the reconstruction of the urban villages.
