当今中国的外交战略框架是:发展中国家是基础,大国是关键,周边是重点。俄罗斯是中国的近邻,是当今世界版图上国土面积最大的国家,具有丰富的自然资源和悠久灿烂的文化,它的国情与中国有不少共同点,同时社会主义苏联70余年道路曾对中国发展选择产生过重大的影响。今天前苏联解体和俄罗斯改革问题又引起人们普遍的关注,成为世界性的热门话题。由此看来,俄罗斯是最值得我们研究的国家和民族。

The structure of the current China＇s diplomatic strategy is as follows： the developing countries are the basis,the superpowers are the critical point,and the peripheral countries are the key.Russia is the neighbor of China and is the largest country in the world with adequate natural resources,and long and glorious culture.Its natural conditions are in common with China in many aspects.Meanwhile,the 70 years＇development of the former Soviet Union has had great impact on China.At present,the disintegration of Soviet Union and the reforming problems in Russia have drawn the general attention and become the hotly-discussed issue in the world.From the above-mentioned,Russia is the country worth of our studying.
