摘要
采用机器视觉技术,提出了对生产中的纸张进行图像识别及缺陷检测的FPGA+DSP的视觉检测系统设计方案。该系统硬件用现场可编程门阵列FPGA对摄像头采集的视频图像进行预处理,并采用高性能的DSP处理器作为图像处理的核心部分,保证了系统要求的大数据量处理能力及实时性。本文详细介绍了系统的构成,并提出了基于SVM的纸张缺陷识别算法,实验结果表明该算法是有效的。
A design of visual inspection system for paper image identification and defect inspection based on FPGA+DSP was proposed by using machine visual technology.FPGA-field programmable gate array-was applied to preprocess the video image collected by camera, and high performance DSP processor was used as the core of image processing.The aim was to guarantee the system's large data processing competence and real-time performance.And also, the configuration and the system work flow of image were presented in detail, the defect identification algorithm based on SVM was proposed at last.The results show that the algorithm is effective.
