摘要
在化学机械木浆的压力高浓磨浆过程中,盘磨每兆瓦功率每小时约产生0.8t污蒸汽,通过热回收系统可回收热能。根据生产规模、系统热水用量和所需蒸汽压力等实际情况,热回收工艺通常有利用喷射冷凝器产生热水和利用再沸器产生新鲜蒸汽(同时生产热水)两种基本方式或工艺,其中,产生新鲜蒸汽的热回收工艺适合于年产10万t及其以上的规模配套。文中介绍了该热回收的工艺、主要设备及其功能原理等。
In the process of high concentration pressurized refining in chemi-mechanical wood pulp, 0.8t of dirty steam per megawatt power per hour is produced, heat energy can be recovered through heat recovery system.According to the actual conditions of production scale, hot water amount of system and required amount of water vapor pressure, there are two basic methods or techniques to recover heat.They are using jet condenser to generate hot water and making use of reboiler to generate fresh steam(while producing hot water).Among them, the heat recovery process of generating fresh steam is suitable for the projects with an annual output of 100,000 t and above.The heat recovery process, the main equipment and its functions were introduced in this paper.
