摘要
研究了光学干涉方法测量气体的温度分布,组建激光干涉测量系统,通过实验得到有温度扰动的气体流场的干涉条纹,用CCD采集干涉条纹图,并对其进行傅立叶变换、相位提取和数值计算等分析处理,得出气体的温度场分布.光学干涉法可以实现高效、高精度、全场温度分布的测量,适用于工业应用中的温度测试.
The measurement of gas temperature field is studied using Michael interferometry.The interference fringe of a thermal-perturbed field of the air is experimentally obtained by the built-up Michael interferometer.The fringe pattern is captured by a CCD cameral and saved in the computer.With the processes of FFT transformation,phase extraction and numerical calculation to the fringe pattern,the distribution of the gas temperature field is obtained.The method can get the temperature distribution of the whole field by one fringe pattern,which is better than the spot measurement.
