摘要
林区木材运输车辆翻新轮胎经常因为轮胎温升产生胎面和胎体的脱层、撕裂,为翻新轮胎的失效分析及合理使用,建立了翻新子午线轮胎滚动状态下稳态热学分析模型,并进行了温度测定试验。在此基础上进行了热-结构耦合场的数值模拟、仿真计算及试验分析,较真实地反映了翻新轮胎的热应力状况。
Renovated tires are often put to use on timber transport vehicles in order to reduce the cost of timber transportation, but the delamination and tearing of the tire tread occur regularly because of temperature rise in the tires. In this paper,a steady-state thermal analysis model was established for renovated radial tires under the state of rolling,and a temperature measurement test was also carried out. Moreover,the numerical simulation of thermal-structural coupled field was conducted by simulation calculation and testing,which could truthfully reflect the heat stress conditions for the renovated tires.
