摘要
造林项目碳计量包括对基线情景、项目情景、碳泄漏等进行模拟,对地上生物量、地下生物量、枯死木、枯落物和土壤碳库等的碳贮存量和变化量进行估算。在引用《京都议定书》清洁发展机制造林再造林项目方法学理论的基础上,分别阐述了碳计量的不同方法,尽而提出了适宜于造林项目碳计量的方法。
Carbon accounting methods for estimating carbon stock changes of forestation projects are relative to several methodological issues,which are important to be considered at different phases of a forestation project cycle. Main methodological issues are the baseline scenario ( no project situation) ,project scenario,leakage and additionality of carbon gains as well as five carbon pools ( above-ground biomass,below-ground biomass,litter and deadwood biomass,soil carbon) . Some cost-effective carbon accounting methods are put forward by stimulating baseline and forestation project scenario and analyzing carbon leakage and additionality on the base of afforestation and reforestation methodological theory under Clean Development Mechanism ( CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol. These methods will play a positive role in developing carbon forestry in China in the future.
