牡丹江地区混凝土抗压强度超声回弹的综合测强曲线

Ultrasonic-rebound Measurement Curve for Concrete Compressive Strength in Mudanjiang Area

通过混凝土试件的大量实验,运用统计分析原理,建立了牡丹江地区桥梁混凝土超声波声时值、混凝土回弹值与混凝土抗压强度间的幂函数曲线。结果表明,测强曲线的相对误差为11.503%,满足混凝土构件抗压强度无破损检测的精度要求。

Based on a large number of experiments on concrete sample,a power function curve for the time of ultrasonic spread, concrete rebound value,and concrete compressive strength of bridge concrete in Mudanjiang area was established by the method of statistical analysis. Results showed that the relative error of the strength curve was 11. 503% ,which can satisfy the accuracy requirements for non-destructive testing of concrete member.
