Taking the response to a bidding document as an example of online document managements,this paper describes the advantages of using MOSS2007 platform to manage document through its life-cycle,and the structure and layout needed for the website of based on the MOSS platform and its implementation flow.With the application of MOSS2007,the study is helpful to enterprise in document online management
