孕妇及胎儿单纯疱疹病毒感染及其垂直传播的研究

The study on Herpes simplex virus infection of pregnant women, fetuses and the maternal-fetal transmission.

为了解孕妇及胎儿单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＳＶ）感染及其垂直传播状况，进而探讨孕妇及胎儿ＨＳＶ感染的危险因素，应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术对２１７２例孕妇进行ＨＳＶ－ＤＮＡ检测，并对其中３４８例ＨＳＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性孕妇进一步检测绒毛或脐带血ＨＳＶ－ＤＮＡ。结果：孕妇ＨＳＶ感染率为１６０２％，不同孕期感染率无显著性差异；胎儿ＨＳＶ感染率为４８％，并随妊娠进展明显升高。年龄在２５岁至３５岁孕妇、有妊娠史孕妇、农村孕妇以及低文化程度孕妇ＨＳＶ感染的危险性高，其胎儿ＨＳＶ感染的危险性也明显增加。结论：开展对孕妇及其胎儿ＨＳＶ感染的监测具有重要意义。

In order to find out the state of herpes simplex virus (HSV)infection of pregnant women,fetuses and the maternal-fetal transmission.PCR technique was employed to screen HSV infection in 2172 pregnant women of different trimesters.From this cohort study,348 infected pregnant women were selected to detect HSA-DNA in their appendages of fetuses. Results: The HSV infection rate of pregnant women was 16.02% in three different trimesters ,the difference of the infection rate was not significant.The infection rate of fetuses was 4.88%;in three different trmesters, the difference of the infection rate was significant.The rate of maternal-fetal transimission was 30.46%;in three different trimesters,the defference was significant. The infection rate was higher in those women and fetuses (at the age of 25 to 35 years old ,with numbers of pregnancy,in the country )and uneducated women.Conclusion: The screening program of HSV infection in pregnant women and their fetuses will be of great significance ineugenics.
