液相色谱—质谱法测定集装箱底板中辛硫磷防腐剂的含量

Determination of Phoxim in Container Flooring by LC-MS

本文建立了测定集装箱底板中辛硫磷防腐剂含量的方法,采用二氯甲烷萃取,经浓缩后,上液相色谱—质谱联用仪(LC-MS)进行测定。结果表明:采用LC-MS测定辛硫磷能避免因受热分解而是响应值降低的问题,该方法简单、易操作,线性相关性好,相关系数R2大于或等于0.9990,测得辛硫磷的检测低限为2ng/mL,回收率在73.00%～102.00%之间,RSD在4.06%～7.82%之间。

The Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry（LC-MS）was used for determination of Phoxim in plywoods for container flooring for the first time.After extraction by Dichloromethane and concentration by Rotavapor,the analysis of Phoxim by LC-MS was in selective ion mode.The results showed that The LC-MS Determination of Phoxim can be able to avoid problem of reducing the response because of heat decomposition,the method was convenient and sensitive.A good linearity correlation with correlation coefficient R2 was greater than or equal to 0.9990.The detection limits were 2 ng/mL.The average recovery rate was 73.00%～102.00%,and the RSD were 4.06%～7.82%.
