The Logic of the Critical Researches on Bureaucracy:In the Perspective of Disciplinary History

官僚制批判性研究的逻辑包括四个有机关联的组成部分,它以韦伯的"理想型"官僚制理论为对话平台,以对组织理性的检讨为逻辑起点,以对组织目标被个体利益虚化的观察为逻辑进程,以对官僚制伦理背叛和僭越民主价值的反思为逻辑归宿。从学科研究来看,官僚制反思和批判的演化是行政学学科成长和成熟的典型缩影;就行政实践而言,反思官僚制的深化和推进又是特定社会背景和文化风貌塑造的产物。

Generally,the logic is composed of four parts,organically interrelated components,taking the＂ ideal-type＂ bureaucracy theory proposed by Webber as a discourse platform;taking the review of the organizational rationality as the starting point of logic;taking the observation that organizational objective will be gradually made to nought by individual interests as the evolution of logic;taking the reflection on the bureaucracy＇s betray of ethic and its overstepping of democratic value as the destination of logic.In the perspective of disciplinary researches,the development of the reflection and critique on the bureaucracy is a typical miniature of the growing and maturity of the speciality of science of administration.In the perspective of administrative practice,the reflection of the furtherance and progression of buruaucracy is the product moulded by the background and characteristic feature of certain society.
