试论新形势下台湾问题在中美关系中的核心地位

A Tentative Discussion on the Core Position of Taiwan Problem in the Sino-US Relation in the Perspective of New Situation

台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分,台湾与大陆同根同源是历史的定论。"只有一个中国"是中美关系正常发展的前提。但是,由于历史原因和美国的别有用心,台湾问题在中美关系中成为"最重要最敏感的核心问题"。长期以来,美国为了达到其牵制中国的目的,以"共同防御条约"和《与台湾关系法》为借口,一再挑起所谓"台湾问题",影响了两国在政治、经济、文化等诸多方面的正常交往。本文通过对台湾问题在中美关系中核心地位的讨论,明确指出,所谓的"最重要最敏感的核心问题"是美国一手操控台湾、制约中国的结果。弱化"台湾问题"对中美关系的影响,实现中美关系的长期正常化,不仅是时代的要求,更符合两国各自国家利益的现实需要。

Taiwan is an inalienable part of China.Taiwan and the mainland have been historically confirmed to have shared the same root and origin.＂There is only one China.＂is the premise of the normal development of Sino-US relation.But,due to historical reason and tendentiousness on the part of American authorities,Taiwan problem has become ＂the most important,the most sensitive core problem＂.US has for a long time tried to attain the aim of pinning down China and,under thr pretext of ＂Mutual Defence Treaty＂and ＂Laws of Relation with Taiwan＂,to cook up so-called ＂Taiwan Problem＂and has time and time again influenced Sino-US normal exchanges in political,economic,cultural and other fields.By discussing the core position of Taiwan problem in the Sino-US relation,this article points out clearly that the so-called ＂the most important,the most sensitive core problem＂ is solely the outcome of American manipulation of Taiwan to check and restrain china.To weaken the implication of ＂Taiwan problem＂on the Sino-US relation and to realize the long-standing normalization of Sina-US relation is not only required by the time and tide,but also conforms to the realistic requirement of respective national interests.
