GST-Π、TopoⅡ在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨GST-Π及TopoⅡ在人脑胶质瘤中表达与肿瘤发生和病理分级的关系,以进一步研究原发性脑胶质瘤多药耐药机制。方法免疫组化法检测10例正常脑组织及33例人脑胶质瘤标本GST-Π和TopoⅡ表达。结果正常脑组织中GST-Π和TopoⅡ均无表达。在脑胶质瘤组织中,不同病理分级胶质瘤间GST-Π及TopoⅡ表达率随病理级别升高而有上升趋势(P<0.05)。GST-Π和TopoⅡ在表达强度方面无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 GST-Π及TopoⅡ的表达与脑胶质瘤的发生及其病理分级存在一定关系,且共同形成肿瘤耐药,但耐药机制各不相同。检测原发胶质瘤细胞中GST-Π与TopoⅡ的表达,有利于指导临床更加合理地选择化疗方案。
