探讨B超在监测卵泡发育中的诊断价值

Investigate the Value of B Mode Ultrasonography for Monitoring Follicles Development

目的探讨B超在监测卵泡发育中的临床意义。方法分析来我院就诊原发或继发不孕的妇女114例,利用B超监测扫查卵泡发育及受孕情况。结果 114例中成熟卵泡58例,占50.9%,不成熟卵泡51例,占44.7%,未见卵泡5例,占4.4%。成熟卵泡中22例受孕,不成熟卵泡有4例受孕。结论 B超能直接观察卵泡生长发育,确定生长发育的卵泡的位置、形态、数目,在指导临床用药方面具有十分重要的作用。

[Objective] To Investigate the value of B-mode ultrasonography for monitoring follicles development.[Methods] Analysis of hospital treatment of primary or secondary infertility in women,114 cases,the use of B-mode ultrasonography to monitor follicular development and fertility conditions.[Results] In the 114 cases in the mature follicle of 58 cases,accounting for 50.9%,immature follicles 51cases,accounting for 44.7%,no follicles in 5 cases,accounting for 4.4%.Mature follicle in 22 cases of pregnancy,there are four cases of immature follicles pregnancy.[Conclusions] B mode ultrasonography can be direct observation of follicular growth and development,growth and development of the follicles to determine the location,shape,number,in guiding the clinical use of drugs has a very important role.
