On Effectiveness of Vocational Colleges——Strategy of Improving Construction of Model Colleges

摘要 为正确衡量高职院校办学绩效,深化高职教育管理改革提供科学依据和有效对策,准确界定高职院校效能的内涵,阐释其评价研究框架,分析其评价标准及影响因素,提出政府要进行体制机制改革,高职院校要系统推进内部改革的改进战略。 In order to evaluate the performance of vocational colleges,to provide a scientific basis and effective measures for deepening the management reform of vocational colleges,to make a clear definition of the effectiveness of vocational colleges,to account for the assessment structure and to analyze the assessment criteria and the affecting elements,this paper proposes that the government should reform its system and vocational colleges should conduct the internal innovation systematically.
