摘要
高校辅导员专业化事关提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效。梳理辅导员专业化发展的轨迹,明确辅导员专业化标准,是推进辅导员专业化建设的重要前提。为进一步推进辅导员专业化,必须提高其职业身份的政策待遇,强化服务功能,科学设置岗位,解决阻碍专业化发展的问题。
Specialization of college counsellors concerns the issue of improving college students＇ ideological and political education.Making clear the trace of counsellors＇ specialized development and defining the standard of specialization are important prerequisites for promoting its specialization.Thus,it is important to improve counsellors＇ treatment,strengthen the service function,set positions in a scientific way and solve the problems that hinder the development of specialization.
