我国大学衍生企业创业模式探讨

大学衍生企业是大学科研成果转移的一种有效方式,对区域经济有推动效应,迅速成为研究热点,也逐渐成为区域经济新增长点,"创业模式决定大学衍生企业的创业成败"也日益成为共识。本文在归纳总结的基础上对大学衍生企业的创业模式进行分类,主要有分化拓展模式、风险资金支持模式、孵化器孵化模式和战略联盟模式,并对各种模式的优劣势、适用条件进行具体分析。
