摘要
四川区域自主创新拥有良好的经济基础、科技投入和产出优势、科技人才优势和完善的科技创新体系。但是,四川区域自主创新仍存在企业总体上创新能力不足、创新体制问题突出、产业链不完善、创新基础薄弱等诸多问题。四川要提高自主创新能力,必须完善政府政策,改革创新体制,促进产学研合作,加快产业集群建设,进一步完善产业链。
Sichuan＇s regional independent innovation has good economic fundamentals,technology inputs and outputs advantage,talent advantage and perfect technological innovation system.However,Sichuan＇s regional independent innovation is still lack of innovative capability;it also has the problems such as： outstanding institutional issues,incomplete industry chain,and weak innovation foundation.Sichuan should improve government policy,reform innovation system,promote industry-university-institution cooperation,speed up the construction of industrial clusters,and improve the industrial chain further to improve regional independent innovation capability.
