Study on preparation of sodium polyacrylate by water solution polymerization

研究了以水为溶剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂制备聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)的过程,考察了引发剂用量、链转移剂用量、单体浓度及反应温度对相对分子质量的影响,并分析得出生产最佳操作条件。

The process of sodium polyacrylate（PAAS） by using ammonium persulfate as redox initiator in water was studied,we researched the influence of initiator and chain transfer agent,monomer concentration,the reaction temperature on the molecular weight of product,analyzed and proposed the best operating condition.
