摘要
本文以某石化公司100万t/a延迟焦化装置为例,从用能特点和影响能耗的主要因素出发,对装置的能耗进行分析。并且从能量的转换和传输、工艺利用和回收三个环节入手,加强设备管理,对节能措施进行探讨,从而找到有效降低装置能耗的方法。
This article take some petrochemical company 1 million t/a delayed coking unit as an example,from energy characteristics and influences the main factors affecting energy consumption,the energy consumption of the device was analysised.The three links of energy transformation and transmission,craft uses and recycles was analysised,strengthens the device management,carries on the discussion to the energy conservation measure,The method of reducing the installment energy consumption effectively was found.
