肝脓肿的典型和不典型CT表现 (附40例分析)

Typical and Atypical CT Appearances of Hepatic Abscess

目的分析肝脏肿不同阶段的ＣＴ表现，提高肝脏肿的ＣＴ诊断正确率。材料与方法回顾性分析４０例经手术病理、穿刺以及临床证实的肝脏肿ＣＴ表现。结果肝脓肿的典型ＣＴ表现为类圆形低密度病变．伴环形强化，而蜂窝状改变或“簇样征”则是肝脓肿早期不典型的ＣＴ表现、结论ＣＴ是肝脓肿诊断和鉴别诊断的重要检查方法，准确率可达９５％。

Purpose To study the different CT findings of hepatic abscess on different stage of hepatic abscess and improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of hepatic abscess. Materials and methods The CT appearances of 40 cases of hepatic abtypical CT findings were round and/or oval hypodense regions and single or double rim enhancement in the wall of abscess. Multiple small abscess called'cluster sign'was the atypical CT findings in the early stage. Conclusion CT is an effective modality in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic abscess.
