摘要
论述了一种新研制的基于光学互感器、合并单元等组成的全数字电能计量系统,并从构成和技术性能等方面,对该系统与传统电能计量系统进行了分析比较;且给出了该系统接入220kV输电线路的实现具体方案。近两年的试运行及与传统电能计量系统的比较表明,该系统计量电能的准确度较高,工作性能稳定可靠,具有良好的推广应用前景。
In this paper,a newly developed all-digital electrical energy metering system is discussed,which is based on optical voltage transducer(OVT),optical current transducer(OCT) and Merge Unit,etc.The difference between traditional electrical energy metering system and all-digital electrical energy metering system is analyzed and compared from the composition and technical performance.The realization method of the proposed all-digital electrical energy metering system on a 220kV voltage grade power system is described.The proposed all-digital electrical energy metering system has been running nearly two years.The operation results show that all-digital electrical energy metering system has higher accuracy,reliable performance and a good application prospect.
