肉苁蓉对大鼠排尿过程的影响

Effect of Herba Cistanchis on Micturition in Urethan_anesthetized Rats

采用乌拉坦麻醉大鼠，记录排尿过程中排尿压力阈值、最大压力、排出尿量、残余尿量等大鼠排尿动力学参数，观察治疗药物对排尿过程的影响。结果大鼠ｉｖ肉苁蓉１．０，３．０ｇ／ｋｇ，明显增加排出尿量，减少残余尿量，效应与剂量呈正相关；对总尿量及排尿时膀胱压力阈值无明显影响；３．０ｇ／ｋｇ剂量的肉苁蓉显著降低膀胱排尿时的最大压力。说明肉苁蓉有益于膀胱尿液的排空，改善排尿功能。

The effect of Herba Cistanchis on the course of micturition in urethan_anesthetized rats were studied.The urodynamic parameters including urination pressure threshold,maximal bladder pressure,discharged urinary volume and residual urine volume in rats were recorded.The results showed that Herba Cistanchis (1.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg,iv) markedly increased the discharged urinary volume and decreased the residual urine volume in a dose_effect relationship.However,it had no effect on the total urinary volume and the urination pressure threshold.Herba Cistanchis at 3.0 g/kg also decreased the maximal bladder pressure.It is indicated that Herba Cistanchis is benefit for the evacuation of bladder and improves the function of urination.
