摘要
用双波长薄层扫描法测定乌鸡白凤冲剂中人参皂甙Re的含量,以氯仿-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)10℃以下放置的下层溶液为展开剂,在波长λS=525nm,λR=680nm处进行扫描,加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.37%。
The content of Ginsenoside Re in Wuji Baifeng granule was determined by double wave length TCL scanner.The lower solution of chloroform_methanol_water (65∶35∶10)(below 10℃) was used as the spread agent.At λ S=525nm,λ R=680nm,the scan was conducted.And the average rate was 97.5%(RSD=2.37%).It is indicated that the analytical method is accurate and desirable.
