健康管理在高血压治疗中的效果观察

Observing the Effect of Health Management during the Antihypertensive Treatment

目的:探讨健康管理在高血压治疗中的作用,观察其效果。方法:体检中监测出需要治疗的高血压者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施健康管理,对照组未实施健康管理,两组药物治疗的药物相同并且治疗的方案相同,观察其降压效果。结果:经统计学处理,两组高血压病人在相同时间里的降压效果差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。

Objective To explore the function of health management during the antihypertensive treatment, and observe the effect. Methods Hypertensive patients discovered in the medical examination those need the treatment, were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Implement health management on the observation group, but do not on the other. We use the same schemes of the two drug treatment and observe its antihypertensive effect. Result After statistical treatment, there were significant differences on the antihy- pertensive effect between two groups of hypertension patients during the same time （P〈0.11）. Conclusion There is obvious effect of health management during the antihypertensive treatment.
