三重加固法修复肩锁关节脱位

Repairing acromioclavicular joint dislocation with threefold fixation

目的介绍一种修复肩锁关节脱位的新术式。方法肩锁关节脱位整复后克氏针固定、丝线８字形贯穿结扎、韧带肌肉缝合三重加固修复。结果肩锁关节脱位１９例均无复发，对肩锁关节的微动功能无影响。结论该手术方法操作简单，损伤小，固定可靠，功能恢复满意，能有效地防止脱位复发。

Objective To introduce a new surgery to treat dislocation of aromioclavicular joint. Methods Fixation by Kirschners wire,transfixion ligation in the form of “8” and suturing ligament and muscle after replacement of the dislocation of aromioclavicular joint. Results All the 19 cases had no redislocation and no functional disorder. Conclusion The operation is simple,and of little injury, and the fixed effect is reliable. The surgery is satisfactory in recovering the functions, which can effectively prevent aromioclavicular joint from redislocation.
