自动复位内固定器治疗腰椎不稳定

Treatment of unstable lumbar spine by dynamic reduction fixation system

目的介绍自动复位内固定器及其应用效果。方法应用自动复位内固定器治疗腰椎不稳定４例，对其临床资料及内固定器结构特点进行分析。结果４例随访１．５年，症状和体征完全消失，椎间隙无变窄塌陷，屈伸动力位摄片无椎体滑移。结论该内固定器符合生物力学特性，能增大或维持椎间隙或椎间孔正常高度，有利于植骨融合，操作简单。

Objective To introduce the dynamic reduction fixation system(DRFS) and its effect in clinical application. Methods 4 cases of instability of lumbar spine were treated with the fixator. The clinical data and the structural feature of the fixation system were analyzed. Results After operation 4 cases were followed up for 1 5 years. The symptoms and signs disappeared. Flexion extension motion of X ray showed no movement of the vertebrae and interverbral space remained normal. Conclusion DRFS is superior to bone graft alone because of its biomechanical properties. The height of intervertebral space and intervertebral forman can be increased and maintained with simple performence.
