Causes of nonunion after internal fixation of clavicular fractures

目的探讨锁骨骨折内固定术后骨不连的原因。方法分析６例术后骨不连处理的不足之处，用可靠的内固定和外固定加自体骨移植进行补救。结果随访４个月～２年，６例均达到骨性愈合。结论必须严格掌握手术适应证，术中保护断端周围血运，争取解剖复位，选用合适的内固定器材，遵循内固定操作原则，并给予可靠的外固定等，才能减少和避免骨不连的发生。

Objective To assess causes of nonunion after internal fixation of clavicular fractures. Methods The shortcomings of 6 cases of nonunion after operations were analysed, and autotransplantation of bone attached to reliable internal fixation were adopted to treatment. Results 6 cases were found to be healed completely through a follow up of 4 months to 2 years. Conclusion In order to avoid nonunion, operative indications must be strictly followed, peripheral vessels of stump well protected, suitable internal fixation materials, and reliable external fixation selected and internal fixation principles abided by.
