摘要 通过对过约束柔性轮胎悬挂系统结构与力学分析,建立系统的力学模型并采用Matlab对力学方程求解,计算出不同载荷作用下行走系统的位移响应曲线。根据位移响应曲线将过约束柔性轮胎悬挂系统简化为3方向的变刚度弹簧约束,对整机机架系统进行结构强度分析计算,从而对过约束柔性系统结构进行优化设计。 Through the structural and mechanical analysis to the over-constraint flexible tire suspension system,the paper establishes the mechanical model of the system and uses Matlab to solve the mechanical equations,thus to calculate the displacement response curve of the running system under different loading.According to the displacement response curve,the over-constraint flexible tire suspension system is simplified to three-direction variable stiffness spring restraint,thus the structural strength analysis and calculation are made to the frame system of the whole equipment,thus to optimize the over-constraint flexible tire suspension system structure.
