人工膝关节置换的初步体会

Preliminary analysis of total knee replacement

目的探讨人工膝关节置换术治疗膝关节炎的方法。方法对４例５个膝关节施行全膝关节表面置换术。结果经２～１２个月的随访，取得了较为满意的近期疗效。结论①全膝关节表面置换术应掌握一定的适应证及禁忌证。②适当应用抗凝剂，预防深静脉血栓形成。③术后康复至关重要。

Objective To investigate method of total knee replacement for the treatment of knee arthritis. Methods 4 cases (5 knees) were treated with the technique. Results The functional recovery was satisfactory during the 2￣12 months follow up period. Conclusion 1. Indications and contraindications should be known well in the procedure. 2. Anticoagulant should be used properly to prevent deep vein thrombus. 3. It is crucial to exercise postoperatively.
