基于节能环保的内燃机冷却系统的设计

摘要 分析了传统内燃机冷却系统存在因冷却不良而引起内燃机动力性、经济性、排放性和耐久性等方面恶化的问题,总结了内燃机对工作温度的要求,阐述了内燃机冷却系统节能环保设计的思想,构建了节能环保型冷却系统。该系统有助于提高内燃机的动力性、经济性,改善内燃机的排放,延长内燃机的使用寿命。 The paper analyzes the problems of deterioration in the aspects of power performance,economical efficiency,emission and endurance of the internal-combustion engine resulted by bad cooling existing in the traditional cooling system of the internal-combustion engine,summarizes the working temperature requirement of the internal-combustion engine,states the energy saving and environmental protection concept of the cooling system of the internal-combustion engine,and establishes the energy saving and environmental protection cooling system.The system helps to enhance the power performance and economical efficiency,improve the emission of the internal-combustion engine,and prolong the service life of the internal-combustion engine.
