摘要
建立了包含柔性车体结构的多轴轮式车辆刚柔耦合动力学模型。通过对该模型进行仿真求解了车辆在两种典型道路上,动态载荷作用下车体结构的应力。仿真得到的应力集中区域与实车断裂部位很好地吻合,表明所建模型的可靠性。
A rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of multi-axle wheeled vehicle containing a flexible body structure is established.Through simulation on the model,the stresses are evaluated in the body structure of vehicle running on two typical road surfaces and subjected to dynamic loads.The area of stress concentration identified by simulation well coincides with the rupture location in real vehicle,indicating the reliability of the model built.
