摘要
应用Nissl法和Golgi法研究了正常成年SD大鼠的海马神经元构筑。发现:大鼠海马内有大锥体细胞、大梭形细胞、小锥体细胞、小梭形细胞及异位颗粒细胞等5种类型的神经元。神经元的类型及分布在海马各区之间差异较明显。海马神经元的胞体主要聚集于锥体层。各区神经元脑体分布的厚度及密度分别为CA1:(281.5±65.5)μm,(258.1±89.3)个/mm;CA2:(46.6±11.5)μm,(251.0±647)个/mm;CA3:(61.7±16.6)μm,(201.6±40.5)个/mm;CA4:(90.6±28.6)μm,(196.0±37.3)个/mm。
To explore the types, distribution and quantitative parameters of the rat hip-pocampal neurons. The neuronic architecture of hippocampus in 20 SD rats was studied byNissl method and Golgi method. The results are as follows:there were 5 types neurons withinthe hippocampus. i. e. big pyramidal celI,big shuttlelike cell,small pyramidal cell,small shuttlelike cell and ectopic granuIate cell. Among the areas of the hippocampus,the type and distribution of the neurons was obviously different from each other. The neuronic bodies mainlygathered together in the pyramidal stratum. The thichness and density of the bodies was28l. 51±65. 5μm, 258. 1 ± 89. 3/mm in the CA,; 46. 6 ± 11. 5μm, 251.0± 64. 7/mm in theCA,; 61. 7±1 6. 6 μm, 201. 6±40. 5/mm in the CA3; 90. 6±28. 6μm, 196.0±37. 3/mm in theCA4. The findings were discussed from the points of the classification of neurons,the morphological difference among the areas of hippocampus.
