摘要 对染后织物的K/S值、牢度等指标进行测试,研究了Everzol ED型活性染料在不同轧染工艺中的应用性能.同时计算染后织物浮色洗除率,并对水洗残液COD值进行测试,分析了Everzol ED型活性染料的COD减排性能.结果表明:在3种轧染工艺中,Everzol ED型活性染料都具有较高的发光性和固着率,染后织物的牢度均达到日用纺织品标准,体现出较好的COD减排性能.其中,采用湿短蒸工艺的固着率和减排性能最好. K/S value and color fastness of dyed fabrics were tested. The application properties of Everzol ED reactive dyes during different pad dyeing technologies were investigated. The removal rate of loose color was calculated, and COD value of rinsing residue was measured. The COD emission reduction property of Everzol ED reactive dye was analyzed. The results showed that for the three pad dyeing technology, Everzol ED reactive dye all had high luminescence and fixation rate. The color fastness of dyed fabrics could meet the standard of household textiles, and the dyes had good COD emission reduction property. Among of them, wet short steaming process showed the best fixation rate and emission reduction property.
