摘要
在定量分析前,涂层织物必须进行涂层剥离.以常用的聚丙烯酸酯(PA)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层织物为研究对象,选择5种溶剂作为涂层剥离剂,在不同条件下进行剥离试验,找出了对不同涂层都具有剥离效果的3种涂层剥离剂,其中四氢呋喃效果最好,常温下5 min即可将涂层完全剥离.同时,分析了15种可能受溶剂损伤的纤维,并对其中的11种找出了剥离方法.
Coating stripping has to be done before doing quantitative analysis on coated fabrics. The common used coating fabrics with polyacrylate (PA), polyurethane (PU) and polwinyl chloride (PVC) were stripped under different test conditions using 5 different solvents as coating stripping agents. Three stripping agents with stripping effects on different coatings were found, among which tetrahydrofuran was the best one. The coating could be stripped thoroughly with tetrahydrofuran at room temperature for only 5 minutes. 15 kinds of fibers which might be damaged by solvents were analyzed, and coating stripping methods of 11 kinds of fibers were found.
