摘要
目的提高门诊药房服务质量,降低药品调剂内差件数。方法开展质量管理小组(QCC)活动,对调剂内差原因进行分析、筛选,找出导致差错发生的主要原因,并进行改进。结果每周内差从22.6件降至9.25件,进步率达59.07%。结论质量管理小组活动提高了药事服务质量,激发了员工工作积极性,值得推广。
Objective To improve the out - patient pharmacy service quality, and reduce the quantity difference in drug allocation. Method We carried out quality control group ( QCC ) activities within the outpatient pharmacy, analyzed the causes of quantity difference in drug allocation, identified the main reasons leading to mistakes, and made comparison and improvement. Result The difference within each week decreased from 22.6 down to 9.25, and the advancement rate was 59.07%. Conclusion The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate for drug preparations, improve pharmaceutical service quali ty, promote staff motivation, inspire work enthusiasm, and it is worthy of promotion.
