目的提高血压测量的准确度,确保医疗安全。方法建立计量爱心QC小组进行现状调查,找出血压测量不准确的原因,并制定对策。结果血压计的误差缩小到2mmHg。结论计量爱心QC小组活动提高了血压测量准确度,增强了医护人员的服务意识。

Objective To improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement in a clinic, and to ensure the medication safety. Method The qualimetry caring QC group from the quality control department figured out the cause of inaccuracy in blood pressure measurement and reached the countermeasure to this problem by employing PDCA cycle to carry out the site investigation on the procedure of taking blood pressure in clinical, medical technology , out - patient department. Result The working staff in clinical, which lowered the inaccuracy error to 2mmHg. Conclusion In improving the accuracy rate of blood pressure measure- ment, the favorable activity of the QC group increased the accuracy rate to over 100% in the full range of the hospital.
