摘要
目的探讨影响临床医务人员绩效的主要因素,为医院进行绩效核算提供参考。方法对2008~2009年不同季度人均绩效及影响因素进行灰色关联度分析。结果内科系统与绩效关联度最大的前5位因素是实际占用床日数、出院人数、门诊量、一级护理量及病床使用率。外科系统与绩效关联度最大的前5位是一级护理量、出院人数、病床使用率、实际占用床日数及手术量。结论医院绩效核算体现了以工作量为主、多劳多得的原则,但若风险、技术因素考虑不充分,将难以调动起医务人员应用新技术和新方法的积极性。
Objective To probe into main factor that affects the clinical medical personnel and to provide references to the hospital to carry out the performance examinations. Method By using grey system theory, we did grey relational analysis on the performances and influence factors of every clinical medical personnel in different seasons from 2008 to 2009. Result The first five factors influenced the performances of internal medicine systems are practical numbers of days of hospital beds occupied , the number of patients leaving the hospital, the number of outpatient service , the number of first class nursing and the rate of utilization of hospital beds. The first five factors influenced surgery systems are the number of first class nursing, number of patients leaving the hospital, the rate of utilization of hospital beds, practical numbers of days of hospital beds occupied and the number of surgery operation. Conclusion When the hospital conducts the performance examinations, the present accounting methods focus on the amount of work, showing the principle of more pay for more work. However, it is difficult to make the hospital actively use new technologies and new methods without fully considering the risk and technological factors.
