摘要
阐述了如何从质量管理体系(QMS)文件的编制、评审、批准、发放、使用、更改、标识、回收和作废等全过程,对血站QMS文件进行控制,指出了文件控制中应注意的问题,并提出了加强学习与培训、重视质量审核、对现有体系进行适当整合等建议。
The paper described how to control document in the quality management system in the blood center from the whole process, including preparation, review, approval, issuance, use, change, identity, recovery and invalidation of docu- ments. The paper also discussed problems in document control, and recommendations were proposed to ensure the establishment of adequate, appropriate and effective QMS documentation, which facilitates the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system in the blood center.
