摘要
根据交叉滚子轴承的工况要求,采用多目标遗传算法建立了优化设计模型,对其内部结构参数进行优化设计,并利用Matlab软件的图形用户界面模块创建了用户界面。以KBCB060-A型交叉滚子轴承为例进行了计算,优化后轴承的额定动载荷有了显著提高,优化结果可直接作为工程设计的参考。
According to the working requirement for crossed roller bearings,a optimal design model is established based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm to optimize the interior structure parameters of the crossed roller bearings,and the user interface is built by using Graph User Interface module in Matlab.As an example with KBCB060-A type crossed roller bearings,the calculation is done.The dynamic load rating of the bearing is improved significantly by the optimization.The optimization result can be directly used as the engineering design reference.
