轴承套圈沟道强化研磨加工中碰撞数值模拟分析 被引量:15

摘要 针对球轴承套圈强化研磨加工过程中的钢球与沟道的碰撞,采用ABAQUS软件建立了三维有限元模型,利用ABAQUS/Explicit显式算法进行动态数值模拟,从系统能量转换、表面强化及表面残余应力3个方面进行了分析。结果表明:强化研磨加工能够改善轴承沟道表面性能,产生有利于延长轴承寿命的表面残余压应力。 Aimed at the collision between a steel ball and a bearing raceway in the strengthening and polishing of ball bearing rings,ABAQUS software is used to build three-dimensional finite element model and the ABAQUS/Explicit finite element method is used for dynamic numerical simulation,the following aspects are analyzed such as system energy conversion,surface strengthening and surface residual stress.The results show that the surface residual compressive stress is obtained and the bearing raceway's surface properties are improved in strengthening and polishing,which is helpful to prolong the bearing life.
