摘要
西沙必利系新型促 全胃肠道动力药,它通过作用于5-羟色胺受体并促使乙酰胆碱分泌而发挥作用。基于其对胃肠道运动的多方面作用,因而西沙必利在治疗胃食管反流性疾病、功能性消化不良、胃轻瘫等方面具有肯定疗效;对手术后胃肠动力缺乏、某些便秘、慢性肠假性梗阻、肠易激综合征等也有一定疗效。此药的不良反应有腹鸣、腹痛、便稀,少有需停药等。认识胃肠运动性障碍在临床各学科中的表现,有望进一步拓宽西沙必利的用途 为患者减轻痛苦。
